Jonotta was founded by a group of travel professionals with decades of experience with tours and shore excursions. Our aim is to offer quality tour products that would be available for all. We are not a platform where a supplier can simply enter their products for sale. All tours sold on Jonotta are approved, inspected, reliable and fully insured. All guides used are handpicked for specific tours. The technology we created allows us to save time making our products competitive, but still offering a fair compensation for guides, venues and vehicle suppliers. When you book with us you can be assured you are buying a well thought out quality product.

The website Jonotta.com (Jonotta Platform) is operated and managed by DCC Networks, a Finland based limited company. When you set up an account, or make a booking, you enter your, name, email, telephone, and other possible information. This data is collected and processed in order for us to complete your booking. All tours and products purchased through the website are operated by a local carefully selected tour operators. When you buy a tour or a product you are buying this tour from the local tour operator. Prices for the tours and activities include VAT and we reserve the right for possible price changes. Tours and activities are sold to adult customers. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Tour Changes & Cancellations
It happens sometimes that a tour departure time needs to be amended or a tour needs to be canceled. These occasions are usually due to circumstances the tour operator cannot not control. Should a change of departure time be needed you will be contacted for approval of the new time. Should you be dissatisfied with the new times suggested you can cancel and receive a full refund. Should the tour need to be canceled, you will be contacted, and you will receive a full refund. Note – the tour operator may suggest an alternative departure which you can accept or decline. If you need to cancel, please refer to the cancellation policy for the tour / product which you have chosen. If you need to cancel your tour within the given cancellation terms you will receive a full refund. Should you cancel the tour after the given free cancellation time or in the event of a no-show the operator has no liability nor obligation to issue a refund.
